Fun Facts About AirHeads
The creator of AirHeads knew that for a name to stick around and do so quickly, it had to sound familiar and catchy. He went home and asked his sons this question: “What do you call a friend who did something silly?” Many responses were thrown out, but Airheads is the name that stuck. He then doodled the name & the balloon face on his notepad and later worked with Whitaker and Associates of Cincinnati Ohio to refine the sketch. Airheads is now one of the largest non-chocolate confections in North America.
