I assumed since this item was Temperature Sensitive, that they would have put ice packs or gel packs in with my item...but they don't. I received my item within 5 days of shipping, and it was cool April Spring weather. The majority of my fruit slices were melty and ooey. I ended up freezing them all in a big ziploc. They still taste good, and honestly...freezing them was an overall improvement!
