As a kid in Houston,Tx;my cousins an I would walk to the little store on the corner and the first thing I would go for would be the rainbow coconut bars. I am now 51 years old and have found them once again.I would like to know why the retailers do not carry the product on their shelves;as I never see it displayed? It is such a delicious little treat;and for the life of me I just don't understand
