This is also known as almond paste. It has an almond flavor. It is absolutely delicious. The consistency is soft and slightly chewy. Fabulous!

Next time I will order the three tray pack. My brother in law and I are Marzipan fans as they bring such wonderful childhood memories as well as taste wonderful. This year, we ordered from this company and another that had chocolate covered marzipan. To give the other company it's due, the chocolate was wonderful but the marzipan was flavorless and way too thin. We really enjoyed yours and will or
