I was a little worried when I read some reviews about the quality of the hats, but I think people are crazy. lol I ordered 2 hats and put a note asking for certain colors, but needed the hats within 2 days, so I didn’t expect them to have any of the colors I wanted. To my surprise, someone kindly texted me asking what color I preferred. And they got my hats delivered the next day! The quality was great in my opinion! Sturdy and comfortable! I have locs, so I didn’t think they would be comfortable in the hat. Overall, GREAT customer service! Thank you!
