Good candy, arrived on time

I purchased the Purple Candy selection for my daughters wedding, When it arrived, the box was rattling. Thought that was odd until I opened it and saw that the 5 pound bag of grape sour balls had split and I had 500 sour balls rolling around the bottom of the box!!! I called customer service immediately and the girl was very apologetic and friendly. She offered me a refund or have the candy sent out again, which I accepted, The second box came perfectly packed and in one piece within 2 days. Service and candy is exceptional.
