When the chocolate first touches your tongue the powder coating is bit dry... that is gone in 1 second! Then the light but rich chocolate takes hold. I'm a HUGE truffle fan and these are a great bite sized snack. Slightly different then other truffles but good in it's own right. I used them in baby shower favors, and when we collected the boxes left only these truffles were missing!
